Location: Ghent, Belgium

Workload: Full-time (40h/week)

Role Overview

Our client is enhancing their IT Asset Management capabilities and is looking for an experienced Process Manager to lead the analysis, optimization, and documentation of end-to-end asset management processes. This role will act as a bridge between IT and business teams, focusing on process maturity, automation, and standardization across IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current IT Asset Management processes and guide stakeholders toward efficient, automated workflows.
• Facilitate and lead workshops with business and IT teams to capture requirements and align solutions.
• Design, document, and maintain process flows (Visio) and ensure traceability of decisions.
• Build and update process documentation in collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence).
• Coordinate with other IT Process Managers to ensure integration and standardization across IT operations (e.g., incident, change, request management).
• Conduct root cause analysis and define corrective actions to improve processes.
• Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years as a Process Manager, ideally with IT Asset Management experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven experience in process optimization, documentation, and implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
• Process- and quality-driven, result-oriented, and able to work autonomously.

• Jira, Confluence, Office 365
• Visio (mandatory)
• Nice to have: ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
