Mechanical Site Coordinator

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Mechanical Site Coordinator in our Energy team.

We are seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator specialized in industrial boilers. The successful candidate will report to the Section Manager & project manager and will play a crucial role in the coordination/communication throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction among all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-site project execution in line with the project execution plan.
• Prepare and manage the site setup, workforce, tools, and scaffolding while ensuring all administrative requirements are fulfilled.
• Develop, communicate, and monitor detailed planning to ensure efficiency, safety, and minimal co-activity, while tracking progress, budget, and critical path.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including HSE requirements and quality control follow-up.
• Monitor material consumption, working hours, and tools, and provide regular project reporting and reviews.
• Finalize projects through proper documentation, expense closure, and contribution to lessons learned.
• Organize and coordinate urgent interventions by ensuring tools, and logistics when critical customer needs arise.

Your profile:

• You have a Master Degree,
• You already worked with ASME and TIG.
• You are FLUENT in English and French,
• You have experience in leading a team,
• You have the VCA.
