As an Executive Assistant (early career), you will support the senior Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-notch administrative support to the Executives and their teams at the European Head Office in Dilbeek.

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with the senior Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-notch administrative support to the Executives and their teams at the European Head Office and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.


Your responsibilities

  • Organizing meetings and events, including travel and hotel arrangements.
  • Managing agendas, emails, phone calls, presentations, and expense reports.
  • Supporting team projects, creating process improvements, and standardizing workflows.
  • Preparing reports and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ad hoc administrative support to the different teams.
  • And much more


Who are you

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Office Management, Languages, or similar.
  • Ideally a first relevant experience (2–5 years) in a comparable role (Management Assistant, Junior Executive Assistant, Office Assistant/Manager), ideally in an international setting.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
  • Solid IT skills (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
