Description

• Collaborate with internal teams to define project objectives and deadlines;
• Address design needs across various media: websites, ads, infographics, case studies, brochures, posters, business cards, social media visuals, and motion graphics;
• Create or update templates for presentations, illustrations, and video content;
• Strengthen the visual brand identity and contribute to its core elements;
• Participate in UI and UX design activities;
• Design graphical elements such as icons and illustrations;
• Produce a variety of marketing materials;
• Develop and provide templates for internal business tools;
• Create mock-ups and prototypes based on product owner guidance.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree;
• Fully fluent in english; dutch or french is a plus;
• Has 5+ years of graphic design experience in both startup and corporate environments;
• Expert in brand identity design and creating cohesive visual systems;
• Demonstrates strong aesthetic judgment and advanced creative problem-solving skills;
• Skilled in UI/UX design and capable of building user-friendly interfaces;
• Prefers teamwork and values collective success;
• Shows strong work ethic and reliability in completing tasks;
• Passionate about innovation and startups, with an understanding of corporate structures;
• Adaptable, able to prioritize effectively, and maintains a good sense of humor;
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset;
• Handles success and setbacks with maturity and welcomes constructive feedback.
