In the continuing growth of our company and the pursuit of operational excellence, we are looking for a Communication & Marketing Manager to fill in an internal move.

Role

As Client Advisor, you coordinate all the post-sales interactions, ensuring clients have a seamless experience from contract signing to key delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clients for new construction or renovation projects.
• Organise, manage and oversee project timelines and deliveries.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, showrooms and engineering firms.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions related to projects internally and externally.[KB1] [MV2]
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and refinement of interior design concepts and plans.
• Being responsible to follow and draw up tight schedules.
• Be able to carry out site follow-ups and checks.
• Be a team player
• Be able to follow up on aftercare service.
• Be able to work autonomously.
• Be solution-minded.
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Candidate Profile

• Bilingual FR/NL minimum and basic knowledge of ENG
• Degree in Interior Architecture or Design
• Proven experience in interior architecture and client follow-up
• Knowledge of current trends in the industry
• Design software: AutoCAD – Revit knowledge is a plus
