Lead Telecom OSS Analyst

Job Description – Detailed Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Telecom OSS / TMF Solutions Analyst with strong domain expertise in the telecom industry and deep knowledge of OSS, TMF standards, and REST-based integrations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for Telecom OSS and TMF (TM Forum) standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, network teams, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Perform functional and technical analysis of telecom OSS systems and processes.
• Design and define REST API–based integrations aligned with TMF Open APIs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, API contracts, and solution designs.
• Ensure alignment with telecom industry best practices and TMF frameworks.
• Support end-to-end solution design, including system integration and data flows.
• Collaborate with development teams to guide implementation and resolve functional gaps.
• Review technical designs, integration flows, and API specifications.
• Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, system, UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution governance.

Experience Requirements

• Total Experience: >10 years
• Relevant Experience: >10 years in Telecom OSS / TMF domain

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Telecom industry experience
• Deep knowledge of OSS and TMF frameworks / TMF Open APIs
• Hands-on experience with RESTful services
• Excellent functional and technical analysis skills
