SAP Test Manager

**SAP Test Manager – Belgium (Hybrid)**

For our international client based in Belgium, RED is currently looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to join an ongoing transformation programme. The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible and will be engaged on an initial 6-month contract, with extension highly likely.

This role requires 1-2 day per week onsite which is 30 minutes from Eindhoven with the rest days remote.

Dutch and English speaking are both mandatory.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a senior Test Manager with strong experience across SAP and non-SAP testing environments. You will be responsible for defining and driving the full end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test strategy, test cycles, test data preparation, script management, and coordination of business and IT teams. The consultant must have proven experience working with SAP Cloud ALM.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on testing experience in SAP and non-SAP landscapes
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Test Manager on large transformation programmes
• Strong experience managing E2E testing, including SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing
• Expertise in test strategy, test planning, test governance, and reporting
• Experience in test scripting, test data preparation, and execution management
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (test management functionality)
• Experience coordinating business users, IT teams, and external vendors
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Dutch and English
