Macadamia helps industrial engineers automate repetitive engineering work with AI, starting with industrial EPC teams.

Our goal is to build fully autonomous engineering agents that can help design and develop the industrial infrastructure of the future.

As a GTM Lead, you’ll build and run our GTM motion from scratch.

You’ll work directly with the founders and own pipeline generation end-to-end.

• Must-Have Skills: You love talking to people, you’ve done B2B outbound, built pipelines, and managed CRMs.
• Nice-to-Have: experience in the EPC Industry, experience with AI automation.
• Experience Level: You’ve done GTM at a seed-stage startup.

• Talk to customers
• Build lead lists and prospect into EPC companies
• Run cold email + LinkedIn campaigns
• Book and qualify sales calls
• Set up and maintain CRM + pipeline hygiene
• Build automations to scale outreach
• Run growth experiments (conferences, ads, partnerships)
• Improve website messaging based on market feedback
