Tableau Consultant (Junior–Medior) – Banking | Hybrid

We are looking for a Tableau Consultant to join an established enterprise reporting & analytics team.

This role is Tableau-first.

If your experience is mainly Power BI, this role will not be a fit.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for internal business stakeholders
• Translate reporting needs into prototypes and production-ready dashboards
• Own the full dashboard lifecycle (build, optimise, publish, decommission)
• Apply data & reporting governance standards
• Optimise dashboard performance and usability
• Act as a Tableau reference point for internal users

You’ll collaborate closely with Data Engineers, while focusing primarily on visualisation, reporting, and governance.

Required experience

• 2–4 years commercial experience with Tableau dashboarding
• Strong SQL skills (reading and writing queries)
• Experience with BI systems and data modelling concepts
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and relational databases (Oracle / Sybase; SAS exposure is a plus)
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
