At Relu, we’re looking for a senior, hands-on revenue marketer to personally build and run our ABM-driven pipeline engine. This is an individual contributor role with direct ownership of pipeline creation.

🎯 Your Role: Own the Pipeline
You own turning a finite list of dental labs into a predictable pipeline. This is an account-based role, not a lead-gen role. Success is measured in activated accounts, meetings, and conversion efficiency.
🛠️ What you'll do:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Own ABM for ~10,000 dental labs in EU & US
- Build, segment, and prioritize account lists by lab type, maturity, and persona
- Adapt messaging per segment and decision-maker
Outbound Execution
- Design, run, and iterate outbound campaigns via e-mail / ads / socials
- Experiment aggressively, scale what works, kill what doesn’t
- Collaborate closely with sales on targeting and sequencing
Inbound Conversion Optimization
- Increase trust and conversion across inbound touchpoints
- Draft case studies, custom landing pages, and proof-driven content
- Leverage KOL networks to signal social proof
Pipeline Ownership & Measurement
- Own the funnel from account → SQL → Meeting
- Track conversion rates and cost per conversion
- Use data to decide what to double down on next
🧩 What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of technical experience with CRM-driven ABM 💬
- 2+ years of commercial ownership: you feel pipeline gaps personally 💰
- Strong bias to action: ship fast, iterate weekly, learn in public ⏩
- Tight alignment with sales: incorporate objections into messaging continuously
- Intellectual honesty: you know when something isn’t working, and act on it
- Experience in medtech (or other trust-based B2B buying environments)
- Excellent English writing and positioning skills, adaptable per customer segment
- Regular presence in our Leuven office (Work authorisation for Belgium required 🇧🇪)
