Community Engagement & Outreach Manager


We are hiring a Community Engagement & Outreach Manager who owns and drives a sales funnel focused on gynecology ultrasound professionals, and is a digital native with a strong eye for visual design who actively uses social media as a commercial tool.

 

This role is for someone who gets meetings with hospitals and clinical teams booked and creates and publishes beautiful social content that supports outreach and individual member conversion. You will build on a substantial body of existing material (from key opinion leaders, educational content, video interviews, clinical cases, medical literature, events) while also creating new content and “social evidence” together with clinical experts and partners over time.

 

You will run structured outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and social media (for individual, clinical consortium, and company accounts). You will use social media to support and warm outreach and follow up until meetings are booked with institutions. For individual memberships, you will directly drive sign-ups through digital outreach and campaigns. Complex institutional and solution sales conversations are handled by the team after handover.

 

You are the single owner of this work: building and maintaining the funnel, progressing hospitals to qualified meetings for handover, converting individuals into paid members, growing and engaging our professional social audience, and creating high-quality, visually strong digital content suited to a highly visual clinical audience of gynecologists, sonographers, oncologists, researchers, clinicians, and radiologists. All activity and outcomes are kept structured and visible in HubSpot CRM.


We are a KU Leuven spin-off working at the intersection of gynecology ultrasound, clinical education, and health software. We are a small, highly functional team working closely with leading clinical experts and international professional consortia. Our work supports better diagnostics, training, and decision-making in women’s health, and this role has direct impact on how our work reaches clinicians and institutions worldwide.
