We’re looking for…

A First Line Manager – Brewing to lead and support a team of operators, keeping daily operations on track while helping people grow and perform at their best.

You’ll need:

• Higher technical education or equivalent experience in an industrial or production environment
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating an operational team
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with unions and stakeholders
• Solid organisational and analytical skills
• A strong focus on quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Dutch fluency, with basic French and English
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

• Comfortable running shift handovers, planning staffing, and spotting training needs early
• Calm and consistent when setting targets and following up on performance

• Motivated by helping individuals and teams reach their full potential
