Position Description

We are looking for an Omnichannel Stock Coordinator for our seasonal boutique in Knokke, from March to October 2026 (full-time fixed-term contract).

You will be responsible for overseeing stock movements and inventory organization. The objective of this role is to create a memorable client experience by proactively managing stock in an optimal and precise way, reducing discrepancies and loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Organization and optimization of the stockroom
• Management of e-commerce orders
• Rolling and fiscal inventories
• Loss prevention
• Stock rotation and coordination with the warehouse for collection changes or launches
• Administrative tasks (reporting, etc.)

Profile Required

• Significant experience in a similar stock role within the luxury industry
• Strong understanding of KPIs and reporting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of the market and clientele
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent English; a third language is a plus
