Quality Manager (GMP/GDP)

Role Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day quality activities and ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP requirements. The role supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for quality-related matters
• Maintain and improve the QMS in line with GMP/GDP
• Oversee training, qualification, validation, calibration, and maintenance activities
• Manage environmental monitoring programs
• Coordinate recalls, change control, deviations, complaints, and CAPA
• Support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
• Qualify and audit suppliers, subcontractors, and customers
• Conduct internal audits and support external and regulatory inspections
• Review batch documentation and quality reports
• Promote quality awareness and ensure timely escalation of quality issues

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Dutch
• Proficient in MS Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven
