Your role
As Infrastructure & Workplace Support Engineer, you will:
- Ensure the availability, stability and security of the IT workplace and underlying infrastructure
- Deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line support to end users
- Take ownership of endpoint lifecycle management, identity & access management and security tooling
- Actively contribute to IT improvement projects and future office expansions
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, while maintaining a high standard of service and documentation.
Key responsibilities
Infrastructure & Workplace
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across the organisation
- Manage and support Windows workstations, peripherals and printers
- Administer endpoint management using Microsoft Intune
- Coordinate hardware support and repairs (e.g. laptops, printers)
Identity, Access & Security
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Active Directory
- Handle user lifecycle and access rights
- Support and operate security tools (e.g. endpoint protection, Zscaler, CyberArk)
- Apply security best practices in daily operations
Collaboration & AV
- Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ensure smooth operation of meeting rooms and audiovisual solutions
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in IT projects (migrations, upgrades, new tools)
- Support software-related projects (incl. SAP-related initiatives)
- Contribute to the setup of IT infrastructure for future offices (incl. France)
IT Service Management
- Manage tickets and incidents via ServiceNow
- Maintain documentation and IT SOPs
- Work according to ITIL-based processes
Your profile
Required
- 7–10 years’ experience in IT support / infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory
- Solid knowledge of Windows endpoint management (Intune)
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, WiFi, Ethernet, SSL/TLS)
- Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Fluent Dutch and English, good French
- Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Microsoft 365 or security-related certifications
- Experience with network/security platforms (e.g. Fortinet)
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Basic scripting or PowerShell experience
