Head Chef de Cuisine


Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is looking for hand’s on and experienced Head Chef for it’s client in Antwerp.


Our client is a high-profile, internationally inspired restaurant concept located in the heart of Antwerp. The cuisine blends a strong sense of terroir with Mediterranean and Italian influences, focusing on high-quality, seasonal, and locally sourced products.


The restaurant operates as a refined brasserie with a strong identity, high standards of execution, and a dynamic service environment. The culinary philosophy is rooted in generosity, precision, and consistency, offering guests a vibrant and celebratory dining experience.


The Head Chef will be part of a professional, international kitchen environment composed of talented and motivated team members striving for excellence.


Role & Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you are responsible for the daily culinary operations and for ensuring consistent quality, organisation, and leadership within the kitchen.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and supervising hot and cold dishes in line with the restaurant’s culinary standards.
  • Organising and overseeing mise-en-place and daily kitchen operations.
  • Managing orders, stock levels, and supplier follow-up.
  • Controlling deliveries and ensuring product quality and freshness.
  • Creating staff schedules and organising kitchen planning.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Actively participating in service to guarantee smooth execution and quality.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team with a strong people-oriented approach.
