Role Purpose:
Drylock Technologies is looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Workspace Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Headquarters in Belgium. This role focuses on the further roll-out, optimisation, and support of SharePoint and AI-powered solutions such as CoPilot. The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on expertise with these technologies, possess a strong ability to inspire and train end users, and be willing to travel as required to support our business operations and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- SharePoint Management: Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint environments to facilitate efficient collaboration and document management across the organisation.
- Purview Administration: Deploy and manage Microsoft Purview solutions, ensuring robust data governance, compliance, and information protection protocols are in place.
- AI (CoPilot) Integration: Lead the adoption and integration of CoPilot and other AI-driven productivity tools to enhance digital workspace efficiency and user experience.
- User Training: Develop and deliver effective training sessions and materials for end users, ensuring optimal use of SharePoint, MS365 applications and AI tools. Existing examples include Learn365, DocuSign, ZenDesk, Declaree, iSpring Suite, but you should have a keen interest in discovering and exploring others as we go.
- Travel: Travel to our company production sites and sales offices to provide on-site training, and project delivery as necessary.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, compliance, and business teams to align digital workspace initiatives with organisational objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven, hands-on experience managing and configuring Microsoft SharePoint environments.
- Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Purview, with a solid understanding of data governance and compliance best practices.
- Experience implementing and supporting AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly CoPilot.
- Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive end-user training both in-person and remotely.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in digital workspace environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Administrator, Information Protection Administrator, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar digital workspace or IT specialist role. Or zero professional experience if you are a natural IT whizzkid who has spent a lifetime on computers, phone and tablets already.
- This role requires the willingness and ability to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally across North America and Brazil, depending on project and business needs.
