SAP HCM

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll to support implementation and support projects. The role requires collaboration in an onshore/offshore delivery model and strong client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, and Payroll.
• Participate in at least two full lifecycle SAP HCM implementations and multiple support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, design high-level solutions, and deliver functional implementations.
• Ensure smooth and accurate data migration using appropriate SAP tools and methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as configuration documents, functional specifications, user manuals, and test scripts.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an onshore/offshore delivery environment.
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously optimize business processes through analytical problem-solving.

Essential Skills (Must Have)

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Strong functional knowledge of OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a client-facing and team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA and H4S4 is an added advantage.

Good to Have

• Experience working in an onsite–offshore delivery model.
