Are you an experienced machine operator skilled in working with an excavator or bulldozer? Then BM Service and Grow & Flow Greentech are looking for you to strengthen our team. If you enjoy working as part of a team and, in the longer term, also independently carrying out projects, be sure to read on.

What will you do?

You will have a varied range of tasks on construction sites in Belgium and occasionally abroad. You will assist in the construction of horse arenas and sports turf fields, operate machinery, and support the team wherever needed.

This role applies both within BM Service and its sister company Grow & Flow Greentech.

Your profile

• You are motivated
• You have experience operating machinery (tractor, excavator, bulldozer, etc.)
• You are willing to assist with physical work on site
• You have a flexible attitude regarding tasks, working hours, and locations
• You are willing to work abroad (within Europe) in the longer term
• You can communicate fluently in English and/or Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
• You hold a category B driving license (BE or CE is a plus)
• You live in the wider region of East Limburg

No specific educational requirements — the right mindset and a good match are more important.
