Senior Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements
• Maintain and update issue overviews (DRQ, DQI, KYC remediation, etc.)
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, project managers, and stakeholders
• Analyze and design new or improved business processes
• Define detailed product requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
• Support definition of metrics and performance goals
• Ensure clear transition of requirements to design and development teams
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results
• Manage requirements traceability and impact analysis
• Participate in quality and design reviews
• Plan and execute the business analysis strategy across the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal and external delivery teams
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams
