Networking Team Lead

Requirements: Bring structure, coaching and guide people in their (future) roles while ensuring efficient project delivery, and maintaining a stable and future-oriented network environment.

As Team Lead, you are responsible for both people management and project management. You will independently lead projects within the network team, ensuring strong collaboration, planning, and a robust infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of network engineers and a solution architect, including team development and growth guidance.

• Establish structure and processes within the team, including ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management) and KPI monitoring.

• Plan, monitor, and deliver network projects, ensuring deadlines and quality.

• Manage incoming requests and priorities, and set up operational communication channels (chat groups, team meetings) for knowledge sharing and quick response.

• Act as a technical sparring partner and contribute to strategic decisions.

• Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001) and maintain accurate documentation of changes and procedures.
