As an Accounts Payable Administrator (temporary), you will join the dynamic and international finance team at the headquarters in Mechelen. This role offers you a comprehensive view of the full accounting process and the opportunity to broaden your skill set by gaining insight into our international financial operations.
Your responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Administrator:
- Supporting with the daily processing of incoming invoices within deadlines defined in SLAs
- Booking bank statements, payment runs, consolidations and reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly and yearly closing
- Answering supplier queries by phone and email
- General data entry

What are we looking for?
- A first experience in admin, accounting or related field is a plus
- Fluent in English (at business proficiency level)
- Interest in numbers and accounting principles and eager to learn more
- A strong analytical mindset and result driven personality
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Willingness to commit to a 12-18 month project on an interim basis
