Your role

As a Consultant Relationship Manager, you combine end-to-end recruitment with ongoing relationship management of our consultants and freelance network. You are a trusted partner for both candidates and xplus/YUMA partners, ensuring the right match today and in the long run. This role is not a hard sales position. It is about credibility, quality, follow-up and community building.

What you will do

Recruitment & Talent Matching

· Manage A-to-Z recruitment for consultants and freelancers (mainly architects, transformation leaders and program/project managers)

· Match-maker, translate client needs into clear profiles in close collaboration with xplus/YUMA partners

· Source talent creatively via LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events and niche platforms

· Balance speed and quality, ensuring an excellent candidate experience

· Primarily focus on recruitment for Belgium and the Netherlands, working with consultants and freelancers active in these markets

Consultant & Relationship Management

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants and freelancers

· Act as a first point of contact throughout the consultant lifecycle (onboarding, follow-up, re-engagement)

· Understand consultants’ ambitions, expertise and availability to proactively support staffing and growth

· Strengthen the sense of belonging to the xplus community

Network & Community Building

· Grow and curate our talent ecosystem

· Drive an engaging colleague/consultant community by organising community events, meet-ups, knowledge sessions and employer branding initiatives

· Keep our resourcing systems up to date and meaningful (quality over quantity)

What we are looking for

· 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in consulting, agencies or environments working with both freelancers and employees

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you enjoy building trust

· Teamplayer with a pragmatic, proactive and quality-minded mindset

· Comfortable working with collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Sharepoint, Teamleader,..)

· Creative in sourcing and curious about digital, technology and consulting trends

· Experience in community building is a plus

· Fluent in Dutch, French and English

· You are based in Belgium - Flexible working (Brussels/Mechelen offices + remote)
