Earning Potential

We expect our consultants to achieve the following on-target earnings (OTE), with many exceeding these milestones:

• Year 1: €35k+ (minimum €50k OTE for experienced recruiters)
• Year 2: €55k+
• Year 3: €85k+

No prior recruitment experience? No problem. While previous sales or commercial exposure is a plus, we value attitude over background. High personal standards, a hunger to succeed, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
