Senior Payroll Systems Analyst

Payroll System Specialist
Lead a team of experts to drive the analysis and implementation of payroll software projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and optimize solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Create functional specifications for payroll projects in collaboration with business analysts.

  • Estimate workload and coordinate planning with cross-functional teams.

  • Optimize existing software, design test scenarios, prepare test data, and validate implementations against specifications.

  • Serve as liaison between development teams and ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: at least 12 years of experience in analyzing payroll systems.
Analytical skills are essential in this role. Collaboration skills also highly valued.
