Your Mission :

As Supply Chain Manager, you will:

• Oversee logistics, planning, and supply activities for the Buizingen plant.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Lead the S&OP process and align production capacity with customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement industrial excellence tools.
• Manage and develop a motivated team focused on customer orientation.

What We’re Looking For :

• Industrial Engineer with 5+ years in Supply Chain and 3+ years in management.
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Lean principles, continuous improvement tools, and SAP.
