Java FullStack Engineer (Java / React.js / Springboot) - Fraud Management Applications

Position Purpose
As a Java/React.Js Fullstack Engineer, you will join an enthusiastic multidisciplinary squad. Together, you will develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality applications that support Fraud Management services. You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements definition through to production deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Help define the development plan and acceptance criteria from business and technical requirements.
- Design, build, test, and maintain new and existing features using high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure best-in-class application performance, quality, and uptime by:
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs
- Maintaining high code quality, readability, and structure
- Implementing smart automation where relevant
- Creating and updating technical documentation to ensure service continuity
- Apply Agile and development best practices in day-to-day work.
Contributing Responsibilities (as a squad developer)
- Use your expertise to refine features into deliverable activities.
- Share improvement ideas to enrich the squad backlog.
- Align with and follow squad priorities.
- Collaborate closely with peers to deliver high-quality service and outcomes.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Java – Expert
- ReactJS – Expert
- SQL – Advanced
- Spring / Spring Boot – Expert (Spring Security is a strong advantage)
Preferred / Strong Plus
- CI/CD: GitLab and/or Jenkins – Advanced
- Code Quality / Security Scanning: SonarQube and/or Fortify – Advanced
- Build Tooling: Maven – Advanced
- Data streaming / Big Data exposure is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with an international team.
- Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Agile practices).
