Speech Processing Algorithm Designer

Responsibilities

• As a member of the algorithm development team, you are creating the next version of our software DSP products.
• You interact with researchers working on next generation algorithms
• You create and adapt algorithms in order to fulfil the customer requirements with our products
• The output of your work is generic fixed point or floating point C code that will be picked-up by other teams to port to various DSPs and NPUs.
• You support our remote teams to achieve smooth integration of our products with lead customers.
• Together with our remote teams, you ensure that our products are smoothly deployed in lead customer projects

Skills/competences

• Masters or PhD in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Thorough knowledge of digital signal processing algorithms, specifically for speech enhancement
• Expert in software development for constraint platforms
• Experience with algorithm design in Matlab/Python, and preferably with Deep Learning packages: Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, or equivalent
• Familiar with subjective and objective audio quality evaluation (standardization, listening tests, objective metrics, etc.)
