Experience:

At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the diamond sector.


Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Milan.

The role involves managing client relationships, identifying and researching sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the diamond industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and traders.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Promote the sale of certified and non-certified diamonds, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly goals.

Negotiation and Contract Closing:

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines to close profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Knowledge:

Stay up to date on diamond grading (4Cs), market trends, and competitor activities to provide well-informed solutions to clients.

Trade Shows & Networking:

Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand the business network and generate new leads.

After-Sales Support:

Provide quotations, product price lists, and after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate sales records, monitor leads, and provide reports to support strategic planning.
