Your New Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for your own customer portfolio and act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their questions and issues. You manage SMB customers in the BeLux region, which means you communicate in French on a daily basis. You provide them with information about prices, products, promotions, order status, and so on. You will also have frequent internal contact with the technical department, product managers, and international colleagues responsible for order processing. A personal approach and strong follow-up are your key strengths! You carry full responsibility for customer service from A to Z.

Your Profile

For this Inside Sales Representative role, Hays is looking for someone who ideally meets the following criteria:

• You communicate fluently in French and English. In addition, you preferably have a good knowledge of Dutch.
• You have initial work experience as inside sales, sales support, or commercial back office.
• Motivated recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are also welcome.
• You are communicative and able to maintain contact with different stakeholders.
• You are proactive and able to switch quickly, making it easy for you to set priorities.
• You are eager to learn and pick up new things quickly. You can also work independently and find solutions to problems on your own.
• Finally, you are flexible and willing to accept a temporary assignment of at least 6 months.
• Affinity with IT is a major plus!

The Employment Conditions

Our client in Diegem can offer a quick start for this Inside Sales Representative role, along with an attractive salary package. You work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday with flexible working hours. Once trained, it’s also possible to work from home 2–3 days per week.

About the Organization

Our client is an international company based in Diegem and is looking for reinforcement as an Inside Sales Representative to cover a maternity leave from February to July 2026. The company is well known in the IT sector, offers plenty of learning opportunities, and provides a pleasant working atmosphere. It is located close to Diegem station, making it easily accessible by public transport, and also provides ample parking for those commuting by car.
