Offer:

Basic Salary up to €34K prorata, depending on experience

30h per week – €26K per year

Monthly bonus system

Your Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming, upbeat and memorable shopping experience for every customer—both in store and through our innovative digital tools

Boost sales and exceed KPIs by engaging confidently with clients, showcasing products and maximising every interaction

Use CRM strategies to build strong, lasting client relationships and actively support the boutique’s overall success

Your Profile:

Experience in retail, ideally within fashion, premium or luxury

Customer-obsessed, proactive, organised and full of positive energy

Fluent in Dutch; French and English are a plus
