Curbstone is an international motorsport and lifestyle platform headquartered in Brussels, with branches across Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Lapland, and the UAE. We deliver premium Track and Lifestyle experiences that blend performance, safety, hospitality, and world-class organization.

The Group operates through four Business Units (FR/UAE, IT, DE/ES, BE/ICE) plus the BU Portfolio which is our white label automotive and luxury event agency. Marketing is a central function working as an in-house agency to support BU growth through brand, demand generation, partnerships, and execution excellence.


2. Role Purpose

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead Curbstone’s marketing function across the Group.

You will define strategy, build and lead the team, set scalable processes, and drive measurable impact for each BU. This is a senior role combining strategic ownership with hands-on leadership.


3. Position in the Organization

You lead the full Marketing department, structured into three pillars:

1.     Design

2.     Partnerships

3.     Operations: Social Media & Content, Performance Marketing, Project Management

You work closely with BU leaders and Business Development to translate priorities into campaigns, roadmaps, and results.


4. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & BU Support

·       Own group marketing strategy and BU-level plans.

·       Set goals, budgets, KPIs, and reporting per BU/Portfolio.

·       Ensure clear positioning and go-to-market alignment across regions.

Department Build-Out

·       Shape the department structure, roles, and hiring roadmap.

·       Implement workflows from briefing to launch and performance review.

·       Build a high-performance culture and strong cross-team collaboration.

Brand, Content & Social Media

·       Maintain a consistent premium brand across markets.

·       Lead content, editorial planning, storytelling, and social media growth.

Performance & Demand Generation

·       Lead paid channels, funnels, and lead generation.

·       Improve efficiency (CAC/ROAS/conversion) and pipeline contribution.

Partnerships & Visibility

·       Develop and activate strategic partnerships and co-marketing.

·       Support sponsorships, collaborations, and Portfolio opportunities.

Project & Execution Management

·       Run prioritization across BU requests.

·       Track delivery, resource load, risks, and outcomes.

·       Drive continuous improvement in speed and quality.

6. Required Profile

Experience

·       5+ years in marketing, including team/department leadership.

·       Proven success across brand/content, performance, partnerships, and project delivery.

·       Experience building or scaling a marketing function is a strong plus.

·       International and premium/lifestyle/automotive/mobility/event exposure is valued.

·       Strategic and hands-on; comfortable switching levels.

·       Data-driven with solid performance marketing fluency.
