Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our Embedded software solutions.

About the Job

The Project Manager will be responsible for aligning with business stakeholders to synchronize product roadmaps and define realistic release plans. They will translate business requirements into clear project objectives and priorities, ensuring scope, planning, budget, resources, and risks are well managed.

Main Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning:
• Align with business stakeholders to synchronize product roadmaps and define realistic release plans.
• Translate business requirements into clear project objectives and priorities.
• Team Alignment & Delivery:
• Bring the development teams together to agree on a realistic and achievable scope for each release.
• Ensure clear backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria, and refinement sessions.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Organize regular project meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, blockers, actions, and challenges to management.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify bottlenecks and problems early.
• Propose and implement process improvements along the way.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and/or product ownership, ideally in Embedded or Hardware-software environments. They should be familiar with agile and iterative methodologies and have a basic understanding of lifecycle management, quality gates, cybersecurity, and testing processes.
