The ideal candidate will ensure effective management of the subcontracting category from both a transversal and business unit perspective, defining and implementing a suitable category strategy aligned with business needs.
This involves building and maintaining relations with subcontractors, translating business requirements into a category strategy, and ensuring synchronization with Group policies and strategic direction.
You will also provide support related to subcontracting projects, ensuring the right quality while mitigating risks and respecting Group HSE, ethical, and CSR principles.
Close collaboration with other procurement teams is essential to ensure category and contract management aligns with procurement governance.
This role requires excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as expert procurement knowledge, negotiation, contracting, financial, and cost management skills.
A master's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 5-10 years of professional experience in subcontracting.
