Role Overview

We are looking for a Product & Marketing Specialist to support product management, marketing initiatives, and public tender processes. This dynamic role combines office-based responsibilities with occasional field visits across the BENELUX region, offering a unique blend of strategic and hands-on work. Reporting to the Sales Manager BENELUX, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to drive impactful campaigns and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product data and marketing materials across systems.
• Coordinate product launches and support tender documentation processes.
• Assist in preparing marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including occasional field visits.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve product positioning.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in marketing support or product management, ideally in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English; valid driving license (B).
• Analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
