Functional Consultant Dynamics 365

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Scrum team, you will play a critical role in the implementation of Dynamics 365.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the needs of internal customers, collecting their questions, prioritizing them, and designing a prototype in Dynamics. They will also validate the requirements and prototype with the internal customer, pass on the validated requirements and prototype to the developers, test out the delivered solution, and have the customer test and validate it.

In addition, they will ensure that the team can work efficiently and independently according to the Scrum principles. If you have experience as or are interested in a product owner role, we can look at evolving towards this. If you have extensive experience as an analyst, we can look at helping to coach junior analysts.

Quality Assurance

• Write test scenarios
• Test the final solution as proposed to the end users
• Document the test results
• Solve testing problems and retest

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines, and have leadership skills compatible with over 5 years of professional experience.

Technical Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement CRM
• Strong experience with the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM, Sales, Servicing and/or Omnichannel
• Good knowledge of methodology: Agile, Object Oriented
• Good knowledge of tools: Jira, SVN

Non-technical Requirements

• Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
• Leadership skills compatible with over 5 years of professional experience
• Very good coaching & training skills

Benefits

We offer a first contract of 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will work a minimum of 2 days on-site at Gent or Brussels and 3 days remote work.
