SALES ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE - DIGITAL SECTOR


We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Administration Executive to join an innovative international company specializing in cybersecurity. Based in Ghent, you will be responsible for the administrative and commercial follow-up of an existing client portfolio. You will play a key role in contract renewals, strengthening client relationships, and monitoring payments. Ensure contract renewals: anticipating deadlines, follow-ups, monitoring purchase orders, etc. Maintain strong client relationships through rigorous follow-up of actions and related documentation. Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure effective customer credit control, including payment monitoring, reminders, and collection actions. Accurately document every stage of the sales cycle and streamline internal processes. Update and ensure the reliability of data in the CRM and internal tools. University degree in business, management, or communication Proven experience in sales administration or B2B commercial support, ideally in the digital sector Ability to interact effectively with strategic and multicultural clients Strong knowledge of sales-related administrative processes (contracts, quotes, orders, invoicing, reporting), as well as office and CRM tools Excellent command of French and English (C1 level minimum); Spanish is a valuable asset Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities Excellent client relationship management with a proactive and personalized approach Strong interpersonal skills, focused on client retention and satisfaction Interest in international environments and intercultural exchanges Permanent co...
