Lead Buyer Consultant (F/M) - BE873719

In a context of organizational reinforcement, our client is seeking a trilingual Lead Buyer Consultant.

As part of a dynamic purchasing team, the Consultant will be responsible for:

- Defining and deploying purchasing strategies across assigned categories, aligned with local and regional priorities.

- Driving strategic sourcing initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure availability, cost efficiency, and overall performance.

- Harmonizing and replicating best practices across sites to strengthen procurement processes and enhance operational reliability.

- Leading competitive tendering activities to optimize supplier selection and secure maximum value for the organization.

- Supporting change management efforts, particularly in the adoption and rollout of global sourcing approaches within relevant categories.

Profile :

- Solid experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, within a heavy industrial or technical environment.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex supplier portfolios.

- Fully comfortable operating in an international context; trilingual Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.

- Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong appetite for challenge and problem-solving.
