Information Technology Support Engineer


About the Role: Provide IT support to staff across various locations, ensuring the smooth operation of devices, software, and systems. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices. Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, telephony, printing solutions, and video conferencing systems. Collaborate with global teams to optimize the use and adoption of technology, ensuring maximum efficiency. Offer guidance and training to staff on technology usage and best practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions to enhance service delivery. Ensure all IT operations comply with security protocols and data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT support within a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop systems, networks, and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi and Cisco telephony systems.


Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English, Dutch and French is a MUST.
  • Experience in IT support within a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop systems, networks, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi and Cisco telephony.
