International Sales Manager


This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused sales professional, ideally with a technical understanding of modern poultry production systems, to join a fast-growing team and develop lasting international partnerships.

The Opportunity:


Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven International Sales Manager to assume responsibility for:


  • Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to grow market share and brand recognition across Europe
  • Identify and closing new business opportunities with distributors, integrators, farms, and commercial clients
  • Travelling regularly across Europe for client visits, training, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
  • Providing expert product knowledge and technical support to customers and partners
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Working closely with internal teams including engineering, service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement


The Candidate:


Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:


  • Proven international sales experience (ideally 10+ years) within poultry equipment or allied livestock technology / agricultural machinery
  • Specific knowledge of the poultry sector would be beneficial (housing, ventilation, feeding, climate control, automation, egg collection)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to close deals in competitive markets
  • Excellent communication (in English and one or more additional European languages), presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A willingness to travel extensively and frequently across Europe
  • Self-motivation, proactivity and an ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
