Define functional and non-functional requirements for new credit-related applications (immovable asset data management & professional loan origination)
Translate end-user needs into structured business requirements
Work closely with developers to ensure delivery accuracy, including participation in code reviews and white-box testing
Use SQL to define use cases and validate outputs across full portfolios
Document detailed use cases, expected behaviors, and functional flows
Support development squads in building next-generation credit acquisition and risk infrastructure
Ensure alignment of new features with architectural targets for credit acquisition, credit risk, monitoring, and regulatory frameworks
Participate actively in Agile development cycles and squad ceremonies
Support model implementation and integration into risk calculators and credit systems
Validate data quality and perform functional testing throughout the development lifecycle
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Risk, Credits, IT, business users) to ensure consistent delivery and efficient requirement clarification
Experience Required
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in functional/business analysis within large-scale IT development
Strong experience supporting Agile squads developing zero-footprint web applications
Medium SQL experience for use cases, data validation, and portfolio-wide testing
Proven capability in functional and technical analysis
Experience translating end-user needs into clear business requirements and detailed use cases
Strong testing skills, including white-box testing and validation of technical deliverables
Comfortable working with mathematical concepts and notations
Proficiency with MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Experience working in complex corporate environments
Strong documentation, requirements engineering, and data/process analysis skills
Programming capabilities (Java, REST/JSON)
Experience with Java frameworks
Experience with security rules and configurations
Experience with MQ Series / Kafka
Credit or credit-risk knowledge and familiarity with Basel III or similar regulations
