📍 Location: Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium

🕒 Full-time | On-site

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to support two leadership teams across sterile and pharma production departments (approx. 400–500 employees).

What you’ll do:

• Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to senior leaders.
• Drive talent processes, leadership development, and organizational design.
• Manage complex employee relations, including union matters and operator conflicts.
• Lead initiatives on absenteeism, reintegration, and cultural consistency.
• Deliver disciplinary actions and support talent reviews.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, Learning, and Talent Acquisition teams.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years HRBP experience in a manufacturing environment (blue-collar focus).
• Strong experience with union relations and conflict resolution.
• Fluent French and good English.
• Assertive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
• Pharma experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is an advantage.
