Service Technician

As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical support on the machines sold by the company, specifically industrial pumps and crushing and screening installations.

Your tasks include:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on crushers, screening machines, pumps, and related equipment
• Visiting customers throughout the Benelux region daily to install, repair, or maintain their machines
• Working closely with internal and external sales colleagues to ensure proper follow-up of projects and materials
• Strictly adhering to the safety instructions imposed by the customer while on site
• Participating in meetings and consultations held at the company’s office in Ternat

For this position, we are looking for an experienced and independent Service Technician who meets the following qualifications:

• Preferably at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Possession of a technical diploma (A2, associate degree, or bachelor’s), such as in mechanics, electromechanics, etc.
• Experience with heavy mobile equipment, pumps, and related machinery
• Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity
• Independent and problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility and willingness to start early; irregular hours or long working days do not deter you—and, of course, you are compensated for this
• Hold a valid category B driving license
