Job Title: Process Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Transformation Specialist to support a large-scale project focused on redesigning team structures and improving organizational effectiveness in our Contact Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Assess current processes across the Contact Centre, Middle Office, and Back Office, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Prepare and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on process improvements.
  • Document Creation: Develop clear, structured documentation outlining process improvements, including recommendations for new team structures and operational efficiencies.
  • Presentation Skills: Present findings and recommendations to Senior Management, providing data-driven insights to support transformation decisions.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in process design, re-engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
