Job Description
As a
Freelance Sr. Business Analyst
your responsibilities are:

• Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from SAP (ECC6) and other sources (sales, finance, order intake, delivery).
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, etc.) to visualize key business metrics (pricing, margins, order status, delivery performance).
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies within SAP, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Provide actionable data insights to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Develop and document data extraction and reporting processes for greater efficiency and transparency.
• Support ongoing data quality improvement initiatives and help optimize how SAP data is structured and used.
• Assist with light SAP reporting or BI enhancements, testing, and validation of data-driven solutions.

The Successful Applicant
A successful
Freelance Sr. Business Analyst
should have:

• A strong background in SAP systems.
• Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of system testing and upgrades is a plus.
