Job Overview

• As a Digital Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for leading complex IT integrations and managing the IT component end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT integrations, ensuring seamless integration with various systems.
• Manage the IT component, overseeing configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
• Support commercial and operational colleagues in pre-Sales roles, providing technical advice to customers.
• Act as a technical advisor, translating customer needs into tailored solutions.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent through experience.
• Have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of WebServices and EDIFACT messages is essential.
• Development skills are a plus.
• Affinity with eCommerce platforms is required.
