Copywriter

One of our client in the public sector is looking for a Copywriter. Role overview The position is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive training materials for trainers and end-users of Belgian software applications. This includes creating modular online training content (presentations, videos, voice recordings, exercises), managing a well-structured Q&A platform, and providing support documentation for trainers. The training resources must clearly explain processes, practical application usage, and national interoperability guidelines in an actionable format. Key responsibilities Analyze user needs in collaboration with functional analysts Translate requirements into clear, user-friendly training content and technical documentation Develop and maintain online training platforms and support materials Ensure compliance with technical standards and administrative rules Contribute to application maintenance and improvements based on evolving software and Hardware Background & language skills Passionate about new technologies Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Strong team spirit and excellent analytical skills Preferably bilingual (French/Dutch) or at least basic knowledge of a second national language for meetings Technical English proficiency is essential
