Chief Technology Strategist

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative IT solutions to meet business needs.
• Support sales teams in defining solution strategies.
• Presentation and demonstration of technical and business value to clients.

Solution Design and Development:

• Create end-to-end architectures for custom development projects.
• Evaluate software products and negotiate terms with vendors.

Tender Management and Proposal Writing:

• Prepare detailed technical proposals.
• Contribute to commercial offers.
• Manage public tender responses, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Internal Coordination and Collaboration:

• Work closely with competence centers to leverage expertise.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong background in IT architecture and solution design.
2. Experience with custom development and system integration project.
3. Proven track record in presales support and proposal writing.
4. Familiarity with public sector procurement processes.
