Digital Transformation Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis professional with expertise in digital transformation to support our client in Brussels.

Key responsibilities include elicitation, analysis and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.

You will collaborate with the business to gather needs and identify impacts on existing processes.

Your analysis leads to the definition of the solution through collaboration with IT architects and stakeholders (IT team, suppliers, business departments).

You will create and execute test cases to validate deliveries and provide support to the Business Key User for acceptance tests.

All required documentation must be up-to-date before going live (business process, functional specifications, user stories, data related documentation, knowledge base for operations).

The business analysis team is responsible for following-up on procedures to be updated by the business, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Work closely with project teams to identify and design adaptations to existing or future systems required by the business.

Collaborate with Data Architects to build and maintain the Business Information Model.

Proactively identify necessary changes to the application landscape to align with the business strategy.

Requirements:

• Modelling techniques and methods (e.g. BPMN, UML)
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• At least 5 years experience in business analysis
• Excellent analytical skills. Data analysis and data mapping is a plus
• Working experience in agile environment
