Project Manager (Transformation Team)

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Project Manager to strengthen our client’s Transformation Team. You will support the execution of a high-impact fiber network project (FTTH), working closely with internal teams and external partners.

This role requires someone who can act immediately, make fast and well-structured decisions, and bring clarity to a complex environment with limited data (“black book” situation). 🚀

🔧 Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Transformation Team (including process & data analysts).
• Oversee daily follow-up, governance, risk tracking, and escalation of new topics.
• Manage scope, roadmap, planning, deliverables, and operational execution.
• Act as a bridge between business, operations, commercial, and technology teams.
• Facilitate daily war room sessions to track progress and resolve blockers.
• Maintain and update playbooks and process documentation.
• Communicate effectively with local governments, external providers, and internal stakeholders. 📞
• Perform close crisis monitoring and support crisis management activities.
• Deliver clear, concise daily progress summaries—both written and verbal.
• Escalate issues and decisions to senior management when required.µ

🎯 Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong, hands-on project leadership with high ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (including local authorities & external partners).
• Ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively in a fast-changing context.
• Experience with governance, follow-up, and decision escalation.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Stress-resistant and decisive, able to handle projects with limited or imperfect data.
• Strong ability to produce clear and concise summaries and presentations. 📊

• Experience in telecom (HFC/FTTH) is a major plus.
• Change management expertise.
• French language skills.
• Background in utilities or public service companies — highly valuable.
• Experience working in crisis-driven or high-urgency project environments.
